  3. Locate the Tags field (standardized drop-down component).

Note: New tags cannot be created directly within the Application form; tags must exist on at least one appliance or be created during appliance setup.

Configuring Tag Matching Logic (ANY vs. ALL)

When multiple tags are assigned to an application, a matching behavior toggle appears:

  • ANY Matching (Toggle Off):

    • Behavior: The application launches from any available appliance that possesses at least one of the selected tags.

    • Helper Text: "The application launches from ANY appliance with a matching tag."

  • ALL Matching (Toggle On):

    • Behavior: The application launches only from appliances that contain all of the selected tags simultaneously.

    • Helper Text: "The application launches from appliances with ALL matching tags."

  1. Click Save.

Application Tile Display

  • Application tiles display up to 2 tags inline as Info-styled chips.

  • Additional tags are visible on hover or by opening the application details side drawer.

  • Applications with no tags display a neutral No tags status indicator.
