# Windows の開始

Mac で Windows アプリケーションを使用するには、Windows 仮想マシンが開始されている必要があります。\

Windows の最も簡単な開始方法は、[Windows アプリケーションを開く](/landing/pdfm-ug/v20-ja-jp/parallels-desktop-for-mac-20-yzzugaido/mac-de-windows-wosuru/imeru/windows-apurikshonwoku.md)方法です。Windows アプリケーションを開いたときに Windows がまだ開始されていない場合、Windows は [Coherence モード](/landing/pdfm-ug/v20-ja-jp/parallels-desktop-for-mac-20-yzzugaido/mac-de-windows-wosuru/macos-deno-windows-nono/windows-to-macos-nomji.md)で自動的に起動します。

このほか、次の方法でも Windows を開始できます。

1. Parallels Desktop を開きます。
2. **コントロールセンター**で、Windows 仮想マシンをダブルクリックします。\

   **注:** **\[コントロールセンター]** のリストには、Parallels Desktop に登録されているすべての仮想マシンが表示されます。仮想マシンが外付けドライブに保存されていて、お使いの Mac に接続されていない場合は、仮想マシンのアイコンにクエスチョンマーク（？）が表示されます。そのような仮想マシンを起動するには、Mac に外部ディスクを接続します。
3. 表示された Windows ウィンドウで任意の場所をクリックします。

Windows が起動して、macOS とともに Windows アプリケーションを使い始めることができます。
