# 言語の設定

Parallels Desktop for Mac 19 は、以下の言語をサポートしています。英語、フランス語、ドイツ語、イタリア語、スペイン語、チェコ語、ポーランド語、ポルトガル語（ブラジル）、日本語、韓国語、簡体字中国語、繁体字中国語。

デフォルトでは、Parallels Desktop は Mac のインターフェイスに設定されている言語と同じ言語でメニューを表示します。

次の手順で言語を変更できます。

1. Parallels Desktop を終了します。
2. **Apple メニュー** > **\[システム設定]** > **\[一般]** > **\[言語と地域]** を選択します。
3. 一番下までスクロールし、**\[アプリケーション]** というセクションを見つけます。
4. **\[Parallels Desktop]** で、ドロップダウンメニューを使用して Parallels Desktop がサポートするインターフェイス言語のいずれかを選択します。
