# 從 Parallels Desktop 較早版本或其它虛擬化應用程式匯入

透過 Parallels Desktop for Mac，您可以使用由較早版本的 Parallels Desktop 以及 VMware Fusion、Microsoft Virtual PC 與 VirtualBox 安裝的 Windows：

1. 開啟 Parallels Desktop（自應用程式檔案夾）並選擇「**檔案**」>「**開啟**」。
2. 選取您想要匯入的 Windows 資料檔案，然後按一下「**開啟**」並按照螢幕提示操作。

   * Parallels Desktop 資料檔案尾碼為 .`pvm`。
   * VMware 檔案尾碼為 `.vmx`。
   * Virtual PC 檔案尾碼為 `.vmc`。
   * VirtualBox 檔案尾碼為 `.xml 或` `.vbox`。

   您也可以將 Parallels `.pvm` 檔直接拖至**控制中心**來將其新增到 Parallels Desktop。
