# Parallels Toolbox を使用して時間を節約

[Parallels Toolbox](https://www.parallels.com/products/toolbox/) は、日課の中でお客様の時間の節約をサポートする便利なツールセットです。Parallels Toolbox は、以下の操作を実現します。

* スクリーンショットを取得
* 音声を録音、
* ファイルのアーカイブおよび解凍、
* 不正アクセスを防止するため、Mac のカメラのブロックおよびマイクロフォンの消音化、
* 特定のイベント向けに日付をカウントするためのカウントダウンの設定、
* 退席中に他のユーザーがデスクトップにアクセスできないように、Mac の画面をロック、
* Mac のスリープ機能の作動防止、
* など。

### **Mac への Parallels Toolbox のインストール**

Parallels Toolbox をインストールするには、以下の操作を実行します。

1. 次のいずれかを実行します。
   * メニューバーの Parallels Desktop アイコンをクリックし、**\[環境設定]** を選択します。**\[Toolbox]** をクリックします。
   * Dock 内の Parallels Desktop のアイコンを右クリックし、**\[環境設定]** を選択します。**\[Toolbox]** をクリックします。
2. **\[インストール]** をクリックし、画面上の指示に従います。
