# 事前に構成された仮想マシンのダウンロード
必要な構成を備えた新しい仮想マシンを作成するための十分な時間がない場合は、定義済みの構成を備えた既成の仮想マシンをダウンロードできます。
### **Parallels の無料システムをダウンロード**
Parallels Free Systems は、様々な OS（macOS および各種 Linux ディストリビューション。x86-64 版 Docker コンテナを実行するための Rosetta を搭載した Ubuntu を含む）を搭載したビルド済みの仮想マシンです。
このようなシステムをダウンロードし、Parallels Desktop で使用するには、以下の操作を実行します。
1. **\[ファイル]** > **\[新規]** を選択します。
2. **\[無料のシステム]** セクションから必要なシステムを選択し、**\[続行]** をクリックして、画面の指示に従います。
ダウンロードが完了したら、Parallels Desktop でこのシステムの使用を開始できます。
