# 使用鍵盤快速鍵

macOS 和 Windows 都提供了大量的鍵盤快速鍵。例如，在 macOS 中，您可以在按住 Command 鍵的同時按下 Q 鍵 (Command-Q) 來退出當前的應用程式。

`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer.
