# macOS と Windows 間でのコピーと貼り付け

Parallels Desktop を使用すると、macOS と Windows のアプリケーション間で画像、書式付きテキスト（斜体、太字、下線付き、色付き、フォント、サイズ）をコピーし、貼り付けることができます。

macOS と Windows 間でのコピーと貼り付けを有効にするには、次の操作を実行します。

1. 次のいずれかを実行します。
   * メニューバーの Parallels Desktop アイコンをクリックし、**\[構成]** を選択します。
   * Parallels Desktop のメニューバーが画面上部にある場合は、**\[処理]** > **\[構成]** を選択します。
2. **\[オプション]** > **\[詳細オプション]** をクリックします。
3. **\[Mac のクリップボードを共有する]** を選択します。
4. テキストのコピーと貼り付け時にテキストの書式を維持するには、**\[テキスト書式を維持する]** を選択します。

### **ファイルのコピーと貼り付け**

次のいずれかの方法を実行すると、Windows と macOS 間でファイルを簡単にコピーして貼り付けることができます。

1. ファイルを 1 つまたは複数選択し、キーボードで Command+C を押してコピーします。
2. 他のオペレーティングシステムでフォルダーを開くか、デスクトップをクリックし、Command-V でファイルを貼り付けます。
