# 設定網路印表機

您可以直接安裝網路印表機到 Windows。

在 Windows 安裝網路印表機之前，需確定：

* 您的 Mac 可以連接網際網路。

### **在 Windows 中**

若要在 Windows 11 中新增網路印表機：

1. 確保您的網路印表機已開啟並透過乙太網路線或 Wi-Fi 連線到網路。
2. 開啟 Windows 的「**開始**」功能表並選取「**設定**」>「**藍牙與裝置**」。
3. 選取「**印表機與掃描器**」>「**新增印表機或掃描器**」，並按一下「**新增裝置**」。
4. Windows 會掃描可用網路中的印表機。在大多數情況下，Windows 會自動發現您的印表機。選取「**新增裝置**」。
5. 如果 Windows 無法自動完成流程，請執行下列動作：

### **在 Linux 中**

在 Linux 或 FreeBSD 虛擬機器作業系統中設定網路印表機取決於 Linux 或 FreeBSD 的版本與印表機。在該示例中我們描述如何在執行 RHEL 5.4 伺服器的虛擬機器中設定網路印表機。但是您也可以把這些說明用於在 Linux 或 FreeBSD 虛擬機器中設定網路印表機。

要設定網路印表機：

1. 啟動虛擬機器。
2. 確定在虛擬機器作業系統中已安裝以下元件：

   /etc/init.d/cups start
5. 啟動 Web 瀏覽器並輸入您虛擬機器的 IP 位址或 `http://127.0.0.1:631`。
6. 按一下「**新增印表機**」按鈕。
7. 在「**新增新的印表機**」視窗中，指定一個印表機名稱。在這個名稱下印表機將會在虛擬機器作業系統中顯示。您還可以輸入印表機描述與位址。準備好後，請按一下「**轉發**」。
8. 在「**\<Printer Name> 的裝置**」視窗選取「**AppSocket/HP JetDirect**」並按一下「**繼續**」。
9. 在「**\<Printer Name> 的裝置 URI**」視窗中用以下格式指定印表機 IP 位址：

   `socket://<printer IP address>`

   準備好後，按一下「**繼續**」。
10. 在「**\<Printer Name> 的生產商**」視窗選取您印表機的生產商並按一下「**繼續**」。
11. 在「**\<Printer Name> 的型號/驅動程式**」視窗選取您印表機的型號並按一下「**新增印表機**」。
12. 收到提示時輸入 `root` 密碼。

CUPS 執行安裝。如果安裝成功會顯示「`印表機 <name> 已經成功設定`」。現在您可以使用印表機從虛擬機器列印文檔。
