# 當 Mac 睡眠時允許 Windows 更新

Parallels Desktop 支援 macOS Power Nap 技術，這樣即使 Mac 處於睡眠狀態也可以保持更新 Windows。當啟用 Power Nap 功能時，通常在 Windows 從睡眠中蘇醒後才更新資訊的服務 (例如，郵件應用程式中的新郵件與日曆中的新事件更新) 也將會在 Mac 處於睡眠狀態時更新。
