# 在未開啟應用程式的情況下暫停 Windows

您可通過設定未開啟任何 Windows 應用程式時自動暫停 Windows，來保留您 Mac 的 CPU 資源。如此一來，Windows 服務就會使用較少的 CPU 資源，不僅省電，也有益於環境。

1. 進行以下動作：
   * 按一下功能表列中的 Parallels Desktop 圖示，然後選擇「**設定**」。
