# Supported providers

Parallels RAS supports hypervisor-based Providers and cloud-based Providers.

## **Hypervisors**

The following hypervisors are supported:

* Microsoft Hyper-V (Windows Server 2016 up to Windows Server 2025)
* Microsoft Hyper-V Failover Cluster (Windows Server 2016 up to Windows Server 2025)
* VMware vCenter 7.&#x78;**\***, 8.0
* VMware ESXi 7.&#x78;**\***, 8.0
* SC//HyperCore 9.2, 9.4
* Nutanix AHV (AOS 6.10 LTS, 7.3)
* Remote PC — This is a special type that allows you to create pools of Remote PCs. See [**Remote PC pools**](https://docs.parallels.com/landing/ras-admin-guide/parallels-ras-21-administrators-guide/virtual-desktop-infrastructure-vdi/remote-pc-pools-in-vdi)**.**

**\*** VMware ends support of vSphere 7 on October 2, 2025. While you can still use this version with Parallels RAS 21, it is recommended to upgrade to vSphere 8.0 or newer to ensure long-term support.
