# Überwachung von Mandanten

Parallels RAS Performance Monitor ist eine RAS-Komponente, die zur Analyse von Engpässen bei der Bereitstellung von Parallels RAS und der Ressourcennutzung verwendet wird. RAS Performance Monitor kann verwendet werden, um Mandanten zu überwachen und ihre Leistungskennzahlen direkt von der Mandantenmakler-Konsole aus anzuzeigen.

So konfigurieren Sie den RAS Performance Monitor, um Informationen über die Mandanten zu sammeln:

1. Installieren Sie RAS Performance Monitor wie im Kapitel [**Parallels RAS Performance Monitor**](https://download.parallels.com/ras/v19/docs/de_DE/Parallels-RAS-19-Administrators-Guide/43732.htm)[ beschrieben](https://download.parallels.com/ras/v19/docs/de_DE/Parallels-RAS-19-Administrators-Guide/43732.htm).
2. Melden Sie sich bei der Mandantenmakler-Konsole an.
3. Navigieren Sie in der Konsole zu **Verwaltung** > **Reporting (Berichterstellung)**.
4. Wählen Sie die Option **RAS Performance Monitor aktivieren** (Abschnitt **Konfiguration von RAS Performance Monitor**).
5. Geben Sie in den Feldern **Server** und **Port** den Namen oder die IP-Adresse des Servers an, auf dem Sie RAS Performance Monitor installiert haben.
6. Klicken Sie auf **Übernehmen**.
7. Öffnen Sie nun eine Mandantenkonsole und wiederholen Sie die Schritte 3 bis 6 oben, sodass sowohl Mandantenmakler als auch der Mandant für die Verwendung desselben RAS Performance Monitor konfiguriert sind. Wenn Mandanten ihre Leistungsdaten an den RAS Performance Monitor melden, können diese auf der Seite des Mandantenmaklers angezeigt werden.

Die Mandanten berichten Statistiken an RAS Performance Monitor und Sie können diese Statistiken in der Mandantenmakler-Konsole anzeigen. Bei der Anzeige der Daten im Dashboard des RAS Performance Monitor können Sie zwischen Farmen und Sites wechseln, sodass Sie einen bestimmten Mandanten auswählen und seine Leistungskennzahlen anzeigen können.
