# ログの構成

ログの構成、および既存ログファイルの取得やクリアを実行するには、プロバイダーを右クリックして、**\[トラブルシューティング]** > **\[ログ]** を選択してから、行う作業に応じて、**\[構成]**、**\[取得]**、または **\[クリア]** をクリックします。これらのタスクの実行方法については、[**「ログ」**](https://download.parallels.com/ras/v19/docs/ja_JP/Parallels-RAS-19-Administrators-Guide/44870.htm)セクションを参照してください。以下に重要な情報がありますのでこちらもお読みください。

プロバイダーの操作ログの記録は、RAS Provider Agent レベルで実行されます。プロバイダーのログを構成するときには、実際にはこのプロバイダーにサービスを提供する RAS Provider Agent の構成を実行することになります。組み込み RAS Provider Agent を使用している場合、ロギング構成はサービスを提供するすべてのプロバイダーに適用されます。次のシナリオについて考えてみましょう。

* 組み込み Provider Agent のサービスを受けている特定のプロバイダーのログファイルを取得すると、その Agent のサービスを受けているすべてのプロバイダーのログがファイルに含められます。
* 特定のプロバイダーのログファイルをクリアする場合、同じ組み込み Provider Agent によりサービスが提供されていると、すべてのプロバイダーのログがクリアされますので注意してください。このような共有ログを削除しようとすると、RAS Console にはプロンプト画面が表示されます。

プロバイダーにあるのが専用 Provider Agent であり、サービスの対象がそのホストのみである場合、上記はいずれも当てはまりません。
