# Konformität mit der DSGVO

Die Parallels RAS-Berichtsdatenbank enthält Informationen über Benutzer, die möglicherweise persönliche Benutzerinformationen enthalten. Um DSGVO-konform zu sein, bietet Ihnen Parallels RAS die Möglichkeit, Benutzerdaten jederzeit aus der Datenbank zu löschen. **Parallels RAS Reporting Tools** ist eine einfache Anwendung, mit der Sie diese Aufgabe erledigen können. Das Tool wird automatisch installiert, wenn Sie Parallels RAS installieren.

So löschen Sie Benutzerdaten:

1. Navigieren Sie auf dem Computer, auf dem Sie Parallels RAS installiert haben, zu `C:\Programme (x86)\Parallels\RAS Reporting`.
2. Suchen und starten Sie in dem oben angegebenen Ordner die Anwendung **RASReportingTools**.
3. Geben Sie beim Start der Anwendung einen Benutzernamen in das Feld **Benutzerdaten** ein und klicken Sie auf **Benutzer suchen**. Wenn der Benutzer gefunden wird, werden die Benutzerinformationen angezeigt. Wenn der Benutzer nicht gefunden wird, bedeutet dies, dass die RAS-Berichtsdatenbank keine Informationen über diesen Benutzer enthält.
4. Um die in der RAS-Berichtsdatenbank enthaltenen Benutzerinformationen anzuzeigen, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche **Vollständige Benutzerinformationen anzeigen**. Dadurch wird der Bericht **Vollständige Benutzerinformationen** in einem Webbrowser geöffnet (beachten Sie, dass dieser Bericht auch in der RAS-Konsole in der Kategorie **Berichterstellung** verfügbar ist). Überprüfen Sie den Bericht, um festzustellen, ob eine der Benutzerinformationen den DSGVO-Anforderungen unterliegt.
5. Um die Benutzerdaten zu löschen, gehen Sie zurück zur **Parallels RAS Reporting Tool**-Anwendung und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche **Benutzerdaten löschen**. Wenn Sie gefragt werden, bestätigen Sie, dass Sie die Daten löschen möchten.
