# Aktivieren der Helpdesk-Unterstützung

Die RAS-Konsole und das Verwaltungsportal bieten benutzerdefinierten Administratoren die Möglichkeit, eine Support-Anfrage an den Helpdesk Ihres Unternehmens zu senden.

Zur Aktivierung der Helpdesk-Unterstützung für benutzerdefinierte Administratoren gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1. Wählen Sie in der RAS-Konsole die Kategorie **Funktionen**.
2. Wählen Sie die Option **Lokale Support-Aktionen mit der folgenden URL überschreiben** und geben Sie den Link zu Ihrem lokalen Support-Portal in dem dafür vorgesehenen Feld an. Dieser Link wird geöffnet, wenn ein benutzerdefinierter Administrator auf **Hilfe > Support anfordern** in der RAS-Konsole oder **Hilfe und Support > Support anfordern** im Verwaltungsportal klickt.
