# カスタマエクスペリエンスプログラムへの参加

Parallels カスタマーエクスペリエンスプログラムは、Parallels RAS の品質と信頼性の向上に役立てられます。プログラムの参加に同意された場合、ユーザーの Parallels RAS の使用状況に関する情報が収集されます。氏名、住所、電話番号、キーボードの入力内容などの個人情報は収集されません。

プログラムに参加するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. RAS コンソールで **\[管理]** カテゴリーを選択します。
2. 右ペインで、**\[設定]** タブをクリックします。
3. **\[カスタマエクスペリエンスプログラムに参加する]** オプションを選択します。
