# カスタム管理者向けヘルプデスクサポートの有効化

RAS Console と管理ポータルは、カスタム管理者に対し、組織のヘルプデスクにサポートリクエストを送信する機能を提供します。

カスタム管理者向けのヘルプデスクサポートを有効化するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. RAS Console で **\[機能]** カテゴリーを選択します。
2. **\[次の URL でローカルサポートアクションを上書き]** オプションを選択し、指定されたフィールドでローカルのサポートポータルへのリンクを指定します。このリンクは、カスタム管理者が RAS コンソールの **\[ヘルプ] > \[サポートをリクエスト]**、または管理ポータルの **\[ヘルプとサポート] > \[サポートリクエスト]** をクリックして開くことができます。
