# Help

If you have any problems with Parallels Client or experienced a crash, check the help resources. 

To open help, do the following:

Open Parallels Client and tap **Help** <img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/gzGzYOVfEylIR5R1IWEv/blobs/cEOiMHZh00a0ZFKZi9lq/45984.png" alt="RAS_client_ios_troubleshooting_icon" data-size="line"> in the top left corner of the screen.

You can read the most popular knowledge base articles or tap **All knowledge base articles** for more articles. If you still have a problem, contact the Parallels support team or send technical data to your Parallels Remote Application Server administrator. The technical data is collected to analyze the issue and work out a solution.
