### DESCRIPTION Sends certificate commands such as Renew, Retry and Revoke.\ \ It will not fail unless Id is invalid or certificate is not Let's Encrypt.\
### PARAMETERS \ -**Name \**\ The name of a Certificate from a site to invoke a command on.\
