Updates the Performance Monitor Settings.

## DESCRIPTION

Updates the Performance Monitor Settings.

## PARAMETERS

## Enabled (bool)

Enable or disable RAS Performance Monitor.

## Server (string)

Server hosting RAS Performance Monitor database.

Connection Port to the Server hosting RAS Performance Monitor database.
