Validation Unsuccessful!

When connecting Parallels DaaS to your Microsoft Azure subscription the onboarding wizard presents a validation unsuccessful message preventing you to complete the setup.

This is typically caused by missing rights in the Microsoft App registration in Microsoft Azure Entra ID. To resolve execute the following steps:

  1. Go to Entra ID

  2. Select Manage > App registrations in the left menu

  3. Select All applications

  4. Select the app created for Parallels DaaS

  5. Select Manage > Api permissions in the left menu

  6. Choose Add a permission > Microsoft Graph > application permissions

  7. Add application.read.all

  8. Click Add permissions to confirm

  9. Click Grant admin consent and confirm

  10. Retry the Parallels DaaS onboarding wizard
