When you log in, you will see the list of available applications. If you don't see the list of applications, click the application launcher button () at the bottom of the page. You can start several applications and a desktop simultaneously.

You can sort applications by clicking the Sort button ( ) and change the way the applications are presented by clicking the View button ( ).

To open an application:

Switching between open applications

To switch to another application:

Click on the icon of the application in the taskbar.

To switch to the desktop:

Open the tab or browser window where the desktop is launched.

Closing an application

To close an application:

Click the standard Windows exit button of the application.

To close a desktop:

Session Toolbar

When you are connected to a resource, you have access to several popular functions:

  • Enable/Disable fullscreen.

  • Download a file from the resource.

  • Upload a file to the resource.

  • Keyboard shortcut menu.

  • Remote clipboard. In most situations, copying text between the local computer and the resource happens as it would with any other web application. If this is not possible, you can use the remote clipboard:

    • To transfer text from the local computer to the resource, paste the text to the Remote Clipboard window. Once pasted, the text will be automatically stored in the clipboard of the resource.

    • To transfer text from the resource to the local computer, copy the text in the resource the usual way, and it will automatically appear in Remote Clipboard window.

  • Session information.

The location of Session Toolbar depends on the type of the resource:

  • In a desktop, Session Toolbar appears on the right of the screen.

  • In an application, the toolbar action icons are located in the right corner of the taskbar. If the running applications support tray icons, you will also see them there.

If you want to have quick access to the application, you can add it to favorites. To do this, hover over the application and click the start icon () to the right of the application name. The application will be saved to the Favorites list to the left of the All Apps list.
