Adding an MFA provider

To add an MFA provider:

1. In the RAS Console, navigate to Connection and select the Multi-Factor authentication tab.

2. Click Tasks > Add (or click the [+] icon).

3. Select your MFA provider. A wizard will open.

4. In the Wizard window, specify the following parameters:

   • Name: Name of the provider.

   • Description: Description of the provider.

   • In the Themes table select the Theme(s) that will use this MFA provider.

5. Click Next.

6. Do one of the following:

   • If you use RADIUS, configure the setting as described in and click Finish.

   • If you are using a TOTP provider other than Google Authenticator, configure the setting as described in .

   • If you use email to send OTPs, configure the setting as described in Configuring email OTP.
