Automation Conditions

The Automation Conditions tab in the RADIUS Properties dialog allows you to customize the OTP experience by assigning specific security verification methods (actions) to particular users. With this functionality configured, you have fine-grained control over which user is presented with which action in a single MFA object. If you do not see the Automation Conditions tab, make sure to enable it by selecting Enable Automation Conditions on the Automation tab.

To configure an Automation Condition, click Tasks > Add. In the Add Condition dialog, specify the following properties:

• On the left-hand side, click the plus-sign and enter the username pattern to apply the action to.

• On the right-hand side, click the plus sign and select the action(s) you want to assign to users matching the username pattern.

Repeat these steps for every user you want to apply a specific set of actions to and click OK to confirm.
