SYNOPSIS

Adds a new group filter to the theme group filters.

SYNTAX

Add-RASThemeGroupFilter [-Id] <uint> [-GroupName <string>] [-GroupSID <string>] [<CommonParameters>]

Add-RASThemeGroupFilter [-Name] <string> [-GroupName <string>] [-GroupSID <string>] [<CommonParameters>]

Adds a new group filter to the theme group filters.
