Modifies the properties of an application package.
-Name <string> The package name of the application package.
-SiteId <uint> Site ID of the specified application package to modify.
-Id <uint> The ID of the application package to modify.
-InputObject <AppPackage> The application package to modify.
-Enabled <bool> Enable or disable the application package.
-DisplayName <string> The new display name of the application package.
-TagId1 <bool> Enable or disable Tag with Id 1.
-TagId2 <bool> Enable or disable Tag with Id 2.
-TagId3 <bool> Enable or disable Tag with Id 3.
