SYNOPSIS
Changes the order of logon hours rules.

DESCRIPTION
Changes the order of logon hours rules.
PARAMETERS
Name (string)
The name of the RAS logon hours rule.
This must be the actual name of the logon hours rule used in Parallels RAS.
