Removes a Theme from the Criteria Theme List.

DESCRIPTION

Removes a Theme from the Criteria Theme List within the Criteria settings of a ClientPolicy, MFA or PubItem.

-ThemeId <uint> The ID of the theme to remove from the Criteria.
